To access template change or page editing, click on any of these: Edit > Click any page icon > Edit page properties OR List/View > Click any page icon > Edit page properties

To change the template the page properties must be opened, then navigate to to the 'extended' tab. - Leave page template structure as the default - Choose any template design - Save (diskette icon)

To edit the header title, news settings, seo options and a variety of other page properties simply navigate around the tabs of page properties.
